Programme of popular and free to attend town events, including the Christmas Lights Switch On

Evolve existing, and adopt new national campaigns such as Small Business Saturday to encourage footfall and enhance the customer experience
Respond to member feedback to deliver a relevant and successful events programme such as Restaurant Week
Build on our successful consumer communications to further promote our businesses

Continue to develop the presence of our Town Ambassador to provide visitors and residents with a friendly and knowledgeable experience
Build on our relationship with Suffolk Police and appropriate National bodies to further our crime reduction measures and initiatives
Enhance our efforts to make our town an aesthetically pleasing environment such as additional planting and decorations
