Trainee Estate Agent - Morris Armitage

Morris Armitage, the leading Estate Agent for Newmarket and surrounding areas, are now looking for a trainee Estate Agent to join our friendly and busy team. We are looking for a team player with enthusiasm, drive and positivity.

Are you the successful candidate we are looking for?

If so, you will, initially, be required to: ·

Telephone buyers to encourage viewings on our properties.
Arrange and attend viewings.
Offer a first-class level of customer service at all times

Good client care skills are a must due to the wide variety of clients you will be dealing with. You will also need to possess a valid driving licence for the UK and be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team. The Newmarket branch is a busy office, so reliability and the ability to be organised, timely and be able to work at a fast pace is essential.

Working hours for the role are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 6 pm and Saturday 8:45am to 4pm with a day off in lieu when working a saturday and 21 days holiday (including Bank Holidays)

Although experience within the industry is a benefit, if you are keen to learn, hard working and have a natural ability to build relationships with clients, we want to hear from you!

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £23,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
